How do you run and do Insanity?

I usually run Tues, Thurs, Sat and do some sort of circuit workout or a Jillian Michaels DVD on Mon, Wed, Fri. I just got a set of Insanity DVDs and was wondering if I could just replace my MWF workouts with them. Does anyone else do this? Alternate days with running? How well is it working for you?
