I usually run Tues, Thurs, Sat and do some sort of circuit workout or a Jillian Michaels DVD on Mon, Wed, Fri. I just got a set of Insanity DVDs and was wondering if I could just replace my MWF workouts with them. Does anyone else do this? Alternate days with running? How well is it working for you? Thanks! I am looking to buy a Pilates DVD. I currently run 3 days a week for at least an hour each time and do 30 day shred twice a week. I would love to get leaner legs and hoping pilates could help me out. Ugh. I have a cold and I'm scheduled to run a 4 miler on Saturday morning. I had planned on running at least 4 miles today and then maybe 3 miles on Thursday and that's it until the race. But now I am stuffed up and don't know if it would help or hurt me to try to get those 4 miles in today. What would you do? Thanks! Donna
