I have the same problem and Ive tried a few different low ab exercise's and I honestly think the only way to get rid of it is a little nip tuck.... Which i will never do. any more ideas would be wonderful.

I think carbs are supposed to be good before a workout (earlier in the day or the previous night) and something light before you as stated. After a workout, I usually eat a cup of cottage cheese. It has 24 g of protein and gives you a serving of dairy...

I will have to google it when I have a chance but eating only 500 calories per day would make you drop weight really fast even without the injections and/or drops.... I don't think I could do it. I will also just boiled salt potatoes (without the salt) and put spray butter on them. They don't have that many calories...

I am bad about snacking at night also. I do the 100 calorie popcorn bags but I usually save about 200 calories for night snacking. I was doing both at first and when I ate my daily allowance of WW points, it was WAY over my calories according to MFP so I started just using this website and I am seeing better results.
