I have recently started back with WW. MFP has not really helped me out and on WW you are pretty mindful of portion sizes and all. I lost 43 lbs on WW and have started back counting my pts and determined to not give up this time.

I have been dealing with pain for a long time and have started walking a little bit at a time. I go to rheumatologist on Monday and hope to get some answers. I hope that you can get some relief.

I've been reading the book and get the devotionals via email. Im new to myfitnesspall but not to dieting. I want to crave God more than food. Thanks ladies for sharing. Looking forward to the journey.

I'm new to the group as well. Im married and have 3 children. My daughter is 15 and two boys ages 11 & 7. I have always turned to food instead of to God and I want to change that.
