I am a newbie to the group and am very excited for the May challenge. I have been struggling with BED for sometime now, and the binges are only becoming more frequent. I am excited to have a support system that understands! I can get a little competitive so I am hoping that carries me to win my challenge over binge eating in May! Bring it!0

This month I pledge to myself that I will log-in with this challenge every day - even if it's been a bad one. March and April have been ridiculous and I need to get myself back on track.

Count me in again, though I am wary as my birthday falls the 6th May, and I will be in London from 4th til the 7th...that tends to sometimes result in binges from all the meals out (and an inability to ignore the dessert menu in restaurants).

My birthday is May 4th!!!!! Another thing we have in common Happy Birthday sista! I am trying to decide if I should have a cheat day on the birthday, or to use it as motivation to lose extra for my weigh-in on the 5th....
Think of all the yummy, healthy foods you can get while eating out!! I am so tired of preparing my own food. Those cooks know how to make all the healthy stuff delicious0 -

My birthday is the 11th! I've been on a super strict, doctor supervised diet so its most definitely going to be a cheat day for me, but I'm still going to try to make it just a cheat and not a binge... But anyway I'm in!

It's 8.30pm here. I had less than 3 hours sleep last night as my little one was unwell. Since first thing this morning I wanted to binge (being exhausted and trying to stay awake is a huge trigger for me). I am proud to say that so far, no binge! I am sitting in bed, watching TV & enjoying some of my favourite snack food (in a per logged and pre decided amount). I'm confident that when the portion is gone I will just go to sleep (I often get confused and keep eating when I'm tired rather than just doing what I need to do - sleep!).
Still, I always report my scores the morning after. I hope that when I wake in the morning I can report that I did not binge and I've earned my first win of the months.
