as long as you rested a day or two you will be fine. There are clots in the sockets now. Your only complication would be a dry socket which is caused by losing the clot. This would be caused by any extreme negative pressure such as smoking or sucking through a straw.

When I started exercising I couldn't even do a modified pushup. I started with wall pushups and worked my way up from there :)

if all you do is restrict calories you will lose weight but will have saggy skin with no muscle tone. If you exercise and restrict calories you will tighten up as you lose weight :)

just finished day 6 with only one rest day. This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program. Usually I miss a day, then 1 day becomes 2, becomes 3, and eventually every day is a rest day :( It really helps to see all of you are doing it too and getting results. Keep up the hard work
