Adding you. I do iifym and weight trained well. You should reverse diet. You def can eat more if your lifting and doing HITT/cardio that much!!

Funny you posted this topic! I only 6 weeks into cross fit and just registered. My entire 5am class has. We are just doing it for our own personal goals. Our coach encouraged us all to for it. So I think you should definitely register if you want!!

I go to the 5am class M W F. I do not eat anything beforehand and am just fine to get through the workout. I do make a protein shake when I am finished. Fasted workouts are a good way to burn fat. You should have enough glycogen stores on board fr,om the the previous day to fuel you .
