It makes me crazy when my nutrition has a big red negative for fiber and goes red if i go over my calorie goal! I’m trying to gain!

If you can find bulk spices (hard in the time of COVID), get a little bit of smoked paprika, some sweet paprika, and anything that smells/sounds good to you. I eat mostly Whole Food Plant Based, and I avoid stuff like Beyond Burger. Avoid, but occasionally use. Avoiding heavily processed foods has been a great thing for me.
