I'm having the same dilemma! They fit ok round the chest, although I've been measuring under bust and I've lost inches (well, cm) there...I'm thinking that when I'm at goal I'll go and get remeasured and see what I can afford.

Yeah it is mainly a core workout, I have been doing some zumba for wii, cycling and started c25k (only done it twice so far!) to increase my cardio!

-
Did D10 this morning- am trying to double time the 1st time through as well-
-
Did W1 D2 this morning...I agree about the iPhone app- makes it so easy just to do what you're told when a bell rings! Think we'll be checking in D3 tomorrow - can't wait!
-
Seriously- drop them to the elbow! I have done that...now I do as many as I can, but confess to doing a few more bridge kicks than JM! Right, I also want to state that I hate the side lunges at the start...wtf? There's no way I'm lungeing to my knee! Well done everyone- I'm weighing in etc on fri, I won't b able 2 6pack…

That's dedication! Just done D9, felt really good, even did most of the side planks! I will not let them break me! 313Kcal today! Whoop!
-
D8 done - burned 300cal! Woohoo! Also started c25K :-)
-
I'm in! Did D1 yesterday with my hubby - not too bad!
-
D7 done! The side planks nearly made me cry today...that's all I can remember about this workout!
-
Did D6. Bicep in left arm aching a bit, not sure why. Felt really good - thought this time tomorrow I'll be 1/3 of the way through L1....that's one of my 6 pack then!
-
Still awesome!
-
Wow! Twice? That's awesome! Enjoy your anniversary meal :-)
-
Great abs! You can so see a difference, particularly more definition around the waist, and the side view is awesome! I'm just about to start D5...what a motivator!
-
Those are great results - you must feel very proud!

Yeah come join us! Re Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones, whilst each one (including warm up and cool down) is about 50 min, you can choose to do individual circuits. I think each circuit is about 6 min each and the warm up 5min and cool down 5 min (which includes JM talking!), so if you only have 35…

Did D4 today - when I first started doing this in combination with NMTZ & BFBM, I could get a burn of over 300cal. using my HRM. (I'm gonna check on this after I've posted!), but as I've become fitter, I find that I'm lucky to get 270. So I really pushed it today and hit 298! Gonna make it my goal to try and get as close…

I kind of agree - I did 30 min on the wii step with my hand weights beforehand, but then I thought...hmm there's loads of plank in here!
-
When I started I just focussed on the calorie intake and logging my meals - that was enough for me! It was only after a few months in I started looking at the other nutrients. Perhaps you could not focus on the sugar - as people have said, fruit contains a lot of sugar, but it's good sugar, so if you want to have an…

Hiya, feel free to add me! I log on everyday and am supportive!

I have BFBM and NMTZ and I felt as though I was getting a great workout from them. I don't know if I could do just one of them every day or every other day, because they are over 50 min each. However, you can choose to do individual circuits, so could devise your own workout - not sure I can b ar$ed, like debi said, like…

Try it and see! You can always make it private again if it doesn't work, or makes you feel uncomfortable etc I made mine totally public and it doesn't bother me - I don't do it for accountability, although I appreciate comments made by my mfp friends, I do it in case I need to ask a question on the forums and someone might…

I found these impossible at first - katrob exactly like you describe! I did the side plank raise thing from L3 30DS too until I felt I could do 1/2 a set on an extended arm each side and then increased. On Monday I managed both sets both times, yesterday my wrist wasn't having it! What I found (and still find) difficult is…

I love how I feel more motivated to do different kinds of exercise- I would never have thought I was like that! I also love feeling energised and stronger too. I love that I'm getting smaller and fitter and I love that I haven't particularly had to change my eating habits! It all rocks!

Bugg3r!!
-
Don't worry about it! I did D2 today, was quite tired actually as I'd been to zumba, I really struggled with the burpees! lol - only 19 more days of them! (Please don't tell me they're in L2 as well!) Keep up the excellent work everyone!
-
I use my hrm and it logs it between 250 - 290. I think the 1st time I did it, I got a reading of 300+ but that was only the once!
-
There is this move called "moguls" and it is my nemesis! I think she does them in Banish Fat, although she does tend to swing fast and loose with names of moves, I've noticed: Plank twists/oblique twists/twisting planks being a case in point!

Ok, D1 of L1 done! My starting measurements are: Weight: 64.6kg / 142.4lbs Waist: 69cm / 27" Hips: 84.5cm / 33" R thigh: 57.5cm / 23" L thigh 57cm / 23" Round bum: 94cm / 37" Under bust: 76cm / 30" Wasn't so bad, had a few days break from JM in preparation of starting today, it's amazing how even 5 days away makes me feel…
