  • Maybe it's muscle mass. If you went into this to tone up and you are on a smaller frame you can gain a few lbs even if your clothes fit looser. Are your clothes tighter? If not - don't let yourself get down.
  • Wow - you are looking great! And will only look better as the perseverance continues :p Good for you!
  • I love coffee. I also need to have it with milk and sugar. But I just add it into my daily calories. With that being said I use skim milk and raw sugar. It's not super sweet but just right. It's that ONE thing I will never go without. Yes I can avoid those full fat options at Starbucks, give me a skinny late' and I'm happy…
  • You guys are right - i'm just trying to justify a night out for dinner - I added some actual exercise to my planned routine to help. thanks for keeping me in check!
  • Okay I did make them with a few adjustments, fat free soy milk, craisins, and added 4 tbsp ground flaxseed... super super good. Made 24 small cookies and I've eaten 4 of them... with the flax it jumps the calories to 60 per cookie... shame on me and my 240 calorie snack. One is key!
  • Thanks! I'm going to make them for a Mommy's Book Club I am in... a lot of mom's in the group trying to lose weight... but everyone brings BAD apps or desserts - It'll be a hit.
  • ha ha ha! That is EXACTLY what I told my husband - Turbo Jam on crack. maybe I should give it another shot, but I love how Turbo Jam has a 5 minute warm up and cool off.
  • I've done Turbo Jam since Oct. Just got Turbo Fire for Christmas.... it's much more fast paced and a lot of the moves are learned in the Turbo Jam videos. I say do Turbo Jam first. I personally love the Turbo Jam but I'm not sure the Turbo Fire was a good investment. It's like Charlene is way too fast paced.
