That is hard! I have an 18 month daughter and her and I have been trying the same thing. I have hooked my computer up to the tv and i think it is youtube or google they have 1/2 hr workouts like yoga etc., the other thing is to just entertain their brain's, if you wan't to run on the tradmill see if they will jog in place…

ok a little less frustrated, i was wearing somthing entirely different, i reweighed but still gained about 4 lbs, maybe i need a different scale that reads better. but i also remember i have been drinking more mochas during the day, i always forget to count those, thank you!

Hi Tim, the jorney will be long and hard but you can do it ;p, I am also starting my journey to loose about 80 lbs. I started a couple weeks ago but have had a couple personel issues and am glad to be getting back to work ;p, good job taking the first steps ;p
