No, my time was good before the ingury I switch back and forth between routes depending on how many miles I want to run that day. No real dietary changes.

I do hills and intervals, sometimes, but it's mainly straight running. Yes, I do cross-training. I tend to stick with weight training. Mainly for my legs, higs, abs, and butt!

thanks everyone for the great advise :) I'm definitely going to take some time off from running and now I'm focusing more on core and hip work so hopefully this iinjury doesn't happen again!

I hear ya! I didn't over eat too much on Thanksgiving, but did have more then normal and my body wasn't use to that, so I had a bit of a food hangover the next day. Maybe I'll just remember that feeling when Christmas comes around :)

You are truely and inspiration. I'm trying really hard to get rid of my belly pouch after having my 2 son via c-section. Thank you for posting this and letting us all know that it is possible :)
