I like the Chobani and I add a squeeze of lemon and frozen blueberries for breakfast or a snack. I have also just tried the Athenos strained which I prefer for a substitute for sour cream or mayonnaise - it is a little drier in texture.

I like to put a cup of cottage cheese into my sugar free jello when I am preparing a small box of it - when it sets it makes it a sweet treat - I really like to use lime flavor jello and add a little crushed pineapple as well - or orange jello and add a few dried cranberries along with the cottage cheese.

Rather than drinking the Pepsi, diet Pepsi I drink club soda, on ice - with a squeeze of lemon and a squeeze of lime - I enjoy the carbonation of the club soda and the flavor of the citrus - and it helps me get my water intake - maybe it could help you to replace one or 2 Pepsi's each day.
