I eat what I want. Now in summer it's ice cream almost every day and I also eat at restaurants quite often. Of course, I haven't done it so much during my 1200 cal/day phase but now that I have more cals to spare I don't see why I should restrict myself since my body is still changing in the way I want it to =o)

I just use the organic ones with no more than 2 ingredients: peanuts and sea salt. You can get them without salt, too, but then it doesn't taste that good.

Chips! I weighed out a serving size of 30 g once (which already has >150 cal) and it was really little. And once I start eating them, there is no stopping until the bag is empty. Can't have these things in front of me or share with A LOT of people so I don't eat the whole bag on my own xoP Another thing is ice cream. 1/2…

I'm geekier than any of my friends. I'm into some SciFi, fantasy, like playing video games when I have the time, totally miss RPGs (it's so difficult to find a group!). Haven't had much time lately to watch anime or ready manga when I do I enjoy it. Feel free to add, if you like =o)

Soooooo.. you're struggling to meet your calorie goal but I see "diet" items in that list? Throw out the "Light" sour cream and get full fat. Replace the "Light" ice cream for normal one.... etc. See where that gets you.

I can't wear contact lenses so I wear mine all the time xoP

Have you considered that eating animals required far more plants to be killed to get the same amount of nutrition compared to eating the plants directly. *sigh* I'm so sick of this sot of cr** from meat-eaters. The classics being: "But plants are living organisms, too!" and "Science found that plants can feel pain!" - 1.…

Sooooo... either I put my activity level at low/ sedentary, log all my exercises and eat back the calories OR I calculate the TDEE taking into account all exercise I am doing and then not eat back exercise calories? Isn't first method better for exercise irregularities?

I'm 24. Add me if you like =o)

Do you know if you might be low in iron? Iron deficiency can cause stronger periods. You should get your blood work checked out. Dieting (if not done super carefully) can easy result in a vitamin or mineral deficiency.

I have them and they're really comfortable. =oD Don't think they do much of anything to my figure but they're nice to wear when on the feet the whole day. Also good in winter to walk through snow xoP

Dioxin. No, really, I don't know. Just keep to what you like and works for you. Everyone's got their opinion on what you should or shouldn't eat and how that THE way to go. Truth be told, people are different and if you're doing fine with eggs, then keep eating them.

chocolate xoP It's funny coz I used to eat A LOT of chocolate.

Congrats! Those are some of the best kind of results =oD On a side note: I find it kinda ironic that I get ice cream ads on the side xoP

I make my own almond milk most of the time. That way it's easier to make just as much as I need. Not a big fan of soy and we rarely have normal milk at home because we don't use it much. For Thursday pancakes I use oatmilk, though, when I haven't planned ahead enough to prepare the almond milk. It's *much* cheaper than the…

I try to buy organic as much as I can afford on my student budget. At least I always buy eggs and dairy organic when I do buy them but that's more for ethical reasons than health.

I don't think you should force yourself to eat if you don't feel like it. Don't really believe in the whole "you have to eat breakfast to lose weight" dogma. Seen enough counterexamples. Not to forget the new trend of intermittent fasting, which basically tells you to skip breakfast (not much of a believer in that, either,…

I did day 7 of level 1 yesterday and am probably gonna take a rest today. So far I'm a little frustrated that it's not getting easier. =o/ My arms can hardly do the lifts (especially the first and last compound movement) but I only get sore on my legs, which don't feel that bad during the exercise. So far I haven't noticed…

No, a "normal" vegetarian would be ovo-lacto-vegetarian. Just lacto-vegetarian doesn't consume eggs ;o)

Thank you all for the input! I will try to include more beans, peas, lentils, and mushrooms in my diet. What I have seen a lot when looking at the diaries is the use of soy. I am not allergic to soy but I try to avoid it since I'm afraid it's messing with my hormones (I had some issues with that so I'm avoiding sources of…

Stop bragging! ;oP Sorry. I suppose as the others said, a good sports bra should do the trick. Don't worry about where people stare. Let them look if they got nothing else to do

Hi! I've been vegetarian for almost 5 years. Feel free to add me! =o)

I wouldn't say so.. The problem wiht Subway isn't the sandwiches. I checked the nutrional info pdf. If you have a 6" it's quite alright. What makes this meal unhealthy is the stuff you order in a menu or making it a footlong. It comes with chips or cookies and soda. Doesn't take a genius to see that this is unhealthy.
