I use the double strength ones perscribed by my GP. I havent had any nasty side effects and yeah the weights dropping off me.

I cant goto a gym due to agrophobia, but I have managed to purchase a elliptical trainer from a local charity shop for £10! I just hope Im not too fat to use it lol
