How does Fitbit track calories burned? I know the Polar watch uses a heart monitor to know calories burned and also shows calories still burning after a workout. So I am reading about them on Amazon seems like Flex is waterproof but the One is the same just not waterproof.

Chicken Salad 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded 1 or 2 apples diced grapes cut in half plain greek yogurt mix altogether, put over lettuce leaves or make a sandwich. Sounds good going to try this today. could use some seasonings just not sure what.

I found this recipe was going to try looks interesting: Sweet potato chick peas burgers. GO to Pinterest type in sweet potatoes so many recipes to choose from!! I love Sweet potatoes and did you know it is the healthest veggie to eat and you should eat 1 a day!

I also love a can of chick peas drained mixed with 6oz. plain greek yogurt and 1T to 2T of hidden valley ranch dressing powder and pepper. So good, better the longer in marinates. Thought of adding finely chopped onions too. Mix the dry powder with yogurt 1st then add in chick peas.

Also 1 box of Angel food cake and 20 oz. of frozen blueberries thawed mix together pour in 9x13 pan or cupcake pan. Bake as directed. YUM

I found a recipe on pinterest: 1/4 cup quick oatmeal, 1 egg, handful of blueberries, sprinkle of brown sugar, 1T of almond milk. Mix together in a mug and microwave for 1 minute, watch in case it overflows if still undercooked try 30 more seconds.

I would say it is a yo-yo diet. Maybe up your calorie intake and that way you can have more foods you like instead of feeling deprived and then falling off the wagon the other couple days.

Hi I just joined on here too. I live in Spring Hill TN. I am trying to eat as "clean" as I can and I workout at the gym, usually taking classes. I also walk and run around my neighborhood.
