  • That is fantastic!! You are doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work and I hope you reach your goal soon. (from another Central MN resident)
  • Congratulations on reaching such a wonderful milestone. Keep up with the great attitude and the hard work and you will continue to keep reaching new milestones. You can do this!!
  • this is wonderful
  • I have the same mindset that you do. I have cleaned up a TON out of my diet but if I want pizza (or something else bad), I eat it. I very seldom go over my calories-probably once or twice a month only. This balance works for me and I don't feel at all like I am dieting. I have been losing 1 pound to 1.5 pound a week and am…
  • I am from south central Minnesota. It sure would be nice to have sun and actually break into the 50's or even 60's!
  • A Kellogs fiber bar or a fiber one bar the night before you go to bed. They really work, at least for me.
  • My son is 15 and also takes meds for ADD. My son also is not hyperactive and does not have behavioral problems so what we do is on weekends and anytime he has a break from school (including the entire summer) we do NOT have him take any meds. I also make sure that he has a big breakfast in the morning before he takes his…
  • Thank you for this post. I weight myself for the week and only dropped .3 pounds so I was feeling pretty down. Your post helped me to remember that I've lost every week since I've started and I'm down 22 pounds all together witch is pretty amazing for me. I've never lost any weight before.
  • WOW, what a difference. You look amazing!!
  • They do sell them at Walmart and Target and they are a little cheaper. I've also seen them on Amazon.
  • I also work out with her DVD's. In fact I just got 5 new ones in the mail yesterday. I was ready for more advanced workouts so I ordered some of her advanced ones. When I started working out I was worried about the stress on my joints as I am about 100 lbs over weight. I haven't had any pain or problems at all. I've been…
  • I love her workouts as well. I like that fact that I can do them at home and when I have time. I also like the fact that you can make them hard (bigger movements) or easier-depending on what works for you. I just ordered 3 new DVD's today so that I can do a different work out each day of the week.
  • I'll kee praying for both your family and for the donor's family. What an amazing gift they have given to your daughter.
  • bump--sound wonderful
  • My reason may seem silly to some people but for me, it was like hitting rock bottom. I went to cut my toenails one night and I wasn't able too. My belly was in the way. I'm only 45 years old and having to ask my husband to help clip my toenails was one of the most embarrasing things that I have ever had to do. He is…
  • .....i guess the point of my post is dont harp on what you have left to do, rejoice in what you have done...who cares how long it takes....it's not coming back :) I really like this statement and I am going to put it up on my fridge at home and at my desk at work. Very motivating!!
  • that is funny because I just took my measurements and lost a total of 15 inches but not a darn thing from my neck. I would love to have your 14 in neck as mine is 19. It just makes me feel good to see people with the same concerns and questions as I have. That is why I love this site.

  • SW 256 CW 241 Goal 185 I would love to join your club. When I was born I was a mere 5 lbs. That was 45 years ago and the last time that I was thin! I'm so tired of hearing, "You have such a pretty face, if you would just lose some weight......" The turning point for me was when I was unable to clip my own toenails. For me,…
  • I've lost 10 dozen eggs but my goal is to lose an Elephant's Penis!
  • You look Amazing!! This post really helped me because I have almost the same amount of weight that I want to lose. I started at 256 and am down to 245 so I have a really long way to go. I haven't been brave enough to take any pictures yet. Your post has shown me that I need to take some pictures so that I can see my…
  • Weight Watchers Giant Fudge Bars are WONDERFUL! and only about 100 calories. Takes care of my chocolate craving as well as my ice cream craving.
  • Thanks everybody, this helped. I really enjoyed the workout as it was a good change from my old routine. I think I'll really see results as I stick with it.
  • When I look at their site, I can not seem to find any information on just the meat. I can find individual information on the bread and all the toppings but nothing on just the meat.
  • Thank You for asking this question as it is something that I have been thinking about. I've also been loosing about 2 pounds a week and was wondering if that was kind of slow. I'm looking at this journey as a life change so I need to change in a way that I know I will be able to live with for the rest of my life. It is…
