weightlossforall.com is a really awesome place to find calories for just about anything edible! stumbled across this site and thought i'd share! This site is sooooo cool! it has sample menus for all calorie diets, calorie listing for just about anything, info, tips, tricks........i just stumbled across this site tonight and haven't had too much time to play around.......but from what i have seen, it's going to RoCk the fat right outa me!!!! hope this helps!!! happy dieting!:wink:
