Yes. I have three of her dvd. I LOVE them. When I started my weight loss in January since it was cold and I couldnt get outside that is what I done. They really helped me. I highly recommend them. They give you a great workout!
Feel free to add me as a friend.....If you try them I would love to know how you feel about them!
  • I'd love to get in a walk/jog but I'm a single mom so usually it has to be when my son is sleeping...and of course, it has to be inside my home, then. I think I'm gonna try it. Thanks!
  • I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did one of her three mile work outs for three weeks and I was able to run an entire mile without stopping at 240lbs. Her videos build endurance like no other and they work! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Did you start as a beginner? I used to be a runner but haven't in years. I wanted to get the 3 mile one but wanted to make sure it was ok for someone who is out of shape!

I LOVE my 4 Really Fast miles! When I first started it, it was a struggle to get through the first mile. Now I can do the whole video! I love mile 3 which has "boosted walking" which is basically jogging, but it's in short bursts. Plus the video comes with one resistance band to use during the 4th mile to get in a resistance workout for your arms while still walking. I'd definitely recommend that particular video, but I've heard that all of the Leslie Sansone videos are great!!

    Good luck!
  • My husband and I also use the 5-day fit Walk away the pounds and like it a lot; we don't live where there are many safe places for me to get out and physically walk so this is great. It is to the point where I turn the sound down on her and just follow the moves and we have our upbeat music playing. We even know enough of some of the moves to just incorporate them into workouts when we also want to use the elliptical (still trying to build up endurance on that thing) so yes her DVD's are a great work out for sure.

I also work out with her DVD's. In fact I just got 5 new ones in the mail yesterday. I was ready for more advanced workouts so I ordered some of her advanced ones. When I started working out I was worried about the stress on my joints as I am about 100 lbs over weight. I haven't had any pain or problems at all. I've been doing the DVD's for 2 months now and I have just started using 2 pound hand weights along with the DVD's to increase the intensity of my workouts. The only downfall to the DVD's is that my husband says that Leslie has the most annoying voice in the world! I would definately recommend them.
  • I'm looking at her website and finding it hard to decide on which one, ha!

She has a dvd out that has a 3 mile walk
It gives you the option to walk mile 1, mile 2 or mile 3.
You can do them all one after the other or after you get used to them
them you can decide to just do the mile 3 if you want.
    Mile 3 being the hardest.
It really helps to build endurance!

They do sell them at Walmart and Target and they are a little cheaper. I've also seen them on Amazon.
