That's fantastic! Have you printed out a calendar from online to mark off the days you have completed? It keeps me motivated to see. :)

Just give it the best you can and you will improve as time goes on. I just finished day 5 of level 1 (I took 2 days off this week). Kicks my butt hard each and every time but I'm getting better. You can do this. :)

The paper chain is a great idea! I found a calendar online for 30 day shred so I printed it out and cross off a day each time I complete the workout. It keeps me motivated to see the progress. Kudos to WenHurley, it takes a lot to push through that. :smile:

I took Wednesday off and did Day 4 of level 1 yesterday.....I noticed the first 5 modified push ups were easier. :) But I'm not as sore so my body is adjusting! Day 5 will be Saturday. I'm totally digging it.......my husband even joined in for a portion of my shred yesterday and he said he's feeling it today. :wink:

I struggle with the push ups as well. I always have to do the modified version and still struggle. But, at the end the bicycle crunches kill me too. I'll be doing day 4 after work today.

I finished day 3 of Level 1 last night........sheesh. I've been using 5lb hand weights (since that's all I have) for day 2 & 3 (I used soup cans for day 1) and my arms are pretty stinking sore. My legs are getting better though. :) How heavy are the hand weights that you use?

Great job everyone! I finished day 2 level 1 yesterday.....It went better than expected, the soreness is a little worse today than yesterday. :)

My ribs aren't bad, it's my legs and butt that are pretty sore today, however, I missed one of the ab portions.........I was on the verge of throwing up. :embarassed: LOL.....I'm curious to see how I'll do tonight.

It depends how long we can stretch it, but ours averages out to about $250ish every 2 weeks for a family of 5. We still go out to eat about once a week.

Good for you and good luck! That will be exciting, I haven't signed up for a 5k yet but I plan to at the beginning of next year. I started week 3 day 1 last week and haven't been able to move onto the week 3 day 2 yet.........life keeps getting in the way. lol. :wink:

Good luck on your journey....I started my weight loss about a year ago, quit smoking a little over a month ago and started exercising consistently once I quit smoking.
