I've seen a polar FT4 for sale on Amazon for around £60 free delivery in the uk...this is the one I have. The price sticks in my mind, as I live In Johannesburg now and had to pay £100 plus for mine:sad:

I'm currently in the middle of it - Level 2 day 7 done, but I have had breaks. Level 1 I had a rest every 4 days, Level 2 is a bit harder, and I find I need to break evry 3 days. Good Luck with it....its hard work but feels great once you've completed a session!

I soooooo agree with you! I did day 1 level 2 yesterday, 25 minute workout with a 1 hour ecovery! :laugh: Push through, and you will find level 1 gets easier....its true what Jillian says, by day 5/6 you will be more used to it! Good Luck!
