I'm in! I did my workout today. I started w/L1 on3/1 and did L2 today for the first time. I plan to keep doing the DVD until I can do 6pack in 6wks

Your diet looks really good. Cutting carbs is the only way I can drop pounds. Maybe replacing the sandwich for dinner w/lettuce wraps w/veggies. I can only do one whole grain meal per day, the rest is fruits, veggies, esp legumes. Hope you find something that works for you =)
