Thanks all, yes, I guess you can say I am sort of a newbie I am following a program just curious mainly.

So I find that doing lunges and moving my back foot is better than doing them to the front. I kinda liked those! KINDA....LOL

Oh I can't do the bike either, it is so boring to me...I also have trouble with the eliptical..I am a runner and I love it!!

The stationary walking lunges are the ones I hate the most!!!....LOL

Yuck, I have a hard time doing them sober, let alone hung over!!

I don't mind burpees, I never new they were called that though, when I was in the Corps we called them 8 count bodybuilders.....lol..

I don't feel so bad now, I feel so incompetent when I am doing a lunge....I especially hate the one leg lunge when you have to do it and return to the upright position. I feel like I will fall over each time!!

I don't do jumping lunges because of my knees, but i know lunges are good I just feel so awkward doing them and so unstable, maybe is a form thing...lol

I say YES! Remember one thing though, ABS are made in the kitchen. You have to watch what you eat because no matter how many crunches you do, if you don't combine it with a healthy diet....the definition might not be seen.

Okay, thanks! So smith's machine is out of my routine...damn no wonder it seem easier than I though it would be. Thanks for the articles and help...I am very new to weight training (no kidding) so I am learning as I go.

LOL...I use it for proper form..I do use free weights and the bar itself for other excercises

I hate lunges, but love squats. I think I hate them because they really raise my heart and I don'k know why they seem so hard. YOu can try to do them with the smiths machine if you go to the gym. I find it keeps my form better and I do them in front of the mirror so I keep my form. I agree, form is the most important thing.

Well, I find motivation is my goals...where I want to be at so and so time so that keeps me going...plus taking progress pics work to keep you motivated...when you don't feel like exercising just make sure you are making good food choices
