I hate lunges!!!
I hate lunges very very much. I don't know why, because even the thought of them makes me so mad...LOL...I love squats and can do those all day but lunges are my weakness, what is the exercise you hate the most and how do you overcome it?

Easy and healthy dessert

Usually when I crave sweets or want to eat I make myself a shake that consists of: Kale or Spinach Kiwi pineapple lil pineapple juice water And voila....it fixes me right up....tell me what do you do?

OK..WEEKENDS ARE JUST ROUGH? AM I THE ONLY ONE
So...I do really good, for the most part, of logging in ALL my foods during the week. It's easy cause I am at work and I have discipline to do it. However, I fall out of the wagon on the weekends. I get too busy with my family and just don't even think about it. I do watch what I eat but I don't log it in. Any suggestions?
