Strenght Training with Resistance Bands

Does anybody use resistance bands for toning/strength training? If so how do you like it and will you share your routine with me please...thanks!

    I'm using them to do ChaLean extreme. I got a set of 5 with different levels of resistance and I think I get a good workout,

    Unless you've got the ChaLean DVDs I can't easily describe the workout, but people on here have said there's loads of stuff on YouTube that shows form and exercises. Hope that helps a bit!

    I use resistance bands, mostly for toning. The ones I use are like a rubberband (complete circle), not a strip. I use them doing squats (placed around both legs above the knee); side leg lifts (placed above the ankle) standing or lying down. There are a few others I do with them but for some reason I can't remember them right now!

    Thanks! I got some workouts on youtube...so I am guessing you tone nicely?
