I make this for either breakfast, snack or for those times that I want something sweet with not a lot of unhealthy high calorie stuff

1 pound of hulled and half strawberries
1 TBS of sugar
2 TBS of good aged balsamic vinegar (I use Modena)

preheat oven to 350
place the strawberries on a glass 9x13 dish
sprinkle with sugar and balsamic vinegar
put in over for 40 minutes (may vary) or until the vinegar has cooked down and looks more like syrup

I bake them ahead of time so I can just have them on hand to put on top of greek yogurt or just by themselves when I need somthing sweet

    Nice!

One of my old go tos has been:

    Cottage cheese
    Strawberries
    Balsamic

I'm actually thinking I might have that with lunch today. :)

I've got 2 for you to try:

mix strawberries and mangoes with basil, salt & pepper.

healthy cheesecakes: 1 package SF/FF cheesecake pudding mix, 12 oz greek yogurt and 1 C almond milk. YUMMY!
