  • If you go into the message board and then click up at the top, "my topics" it might be easier to find. You can also do a search with the topic name and it should pull it up fairly easy. Good luck next time and I am so glad you made it back!!
  • I can usually burn about 700+ calories when I do Zumba for 45 minutes. I use a heart rate monitor to tell me but becuae there is not a zumba exercise, I just log the aerobics, general. HTH! :wink:

  • I just read in a fitness mag that you take your current weight and multiply that by 13. This will give you the number of calories needed to maintain. Subtract a few hundred a day to lose. HTH!
