Me : 7 Binge : 2 A whole 7 days binge free. I've been reading & listening to Paul McKenna & I think it's starting to work. It's been a very stressful week, yet food has not been it's normal struggle. Check out the book everyone, I cannot recommend it enough for changing your relationship with food.
