Me : 4 Binge : 1 Was upset and had a binge this evening :-( I'm gutted because I've been following Paul McKenna's 4 golden rules from his book "I can make you thin" this past few days ....... 1. Eat only when you're hungry. 2. Eat what you want to, not what you think you should. 3. Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.…

Me : 3 Binge : 0 I over ate yesterday, but spread over the course of the day. It certainly wasn't a binge, so I'm counting it as a win

It's 8.30pm here. I had less than 3 hours sleep last night as my little one was unwell. Since first thing this morning I wanted to binge (being exhausted and trying to stay awake is a huge trigger for me). I am proud to say that so far, no binge! I am sitting in bed, watching TV & enjoying some of my favourite snack food…

Must say, it's going quite well so far! I've been binging quite often & I always manage to log (even when the calories run into thousands) but I felt I was becoming desensitised. The long lists were no longer shocking me into stopping! So far the visual log is working really well. I'm taking a minute before eating to…

I'm pleased to say that day 1 of this went very well.it made me pause & photograph enforce scoffing. As a result, I made more of an effort with presentation of my food before filling my face with it. I'm also recording where I eat. My aim is to finish with images of nice food recorded as eaten at the table, not snap shots…

Totally lost today, as well as yesterday & the day before. Thought I was just really tired (a huge trigger for me) but today my glands are all swollen & I'm aching from head to toe. My answer to this? To eat my body weight in binge food. It's probably not the answer, but it's what's ended up happening. Me : 21 Binge : 6 :-(

Another binge last night :-( That's 2 in a row now. Me : 21 Binge : 5

I've been doing so well all month then yesterday was really hard & I ended up giving in, big time. I was really tired all day (a culmination of sleepless nights with baby) at which point my body tells me to eat. What I really needed was sleep, but for busy Mums, this isn't always an option. So cross with myself as I was…
