Update: I've been keeping this new plan up since posting on 4th April & it's totally worked! It's been easier to stick to & I've now lost the 3-4 lbs I gained after over indulging & I'm back to just under my goal weight, yay!

April 17th Just put myself to bed (so I think it's safe to log today as I shouldn't eat any more) &, although I indulged a lot today, it stayed within my calorie allowance & didn't binge, yay! That makes it; Me : 14 Binge : 3

Me : 13 Binge : 3 10 days since last binge! Won again yesterday in spite of being exhausted (a real trigger for me). Also, trying a new mini reward system this week - there's a new album I really want on iTunes so I'm allowing myself to download one song from it each day I don't binge.

Been fighting the urge to binge all day. I'm really tired and feeling under the weather, it's a real danger zone for me. I've got 250 calories left today to stay within my goal, but it could so easily go from one per bed time snack to a 4000 calorie binge. Must stay strong........

I read some where that breastfeeding burns 3 calories per minute (having searched the Internet for the answer to this exact question). Now that my little one is also 1 and eating solids with occasional nursing, I just time roughly how long he feeds for & add in 2 calories per minute, to be on the safe side.

Me : 9 Binge : 3 Hoping today (13th) will be another win for me. On 2/9 days here I won, I did go over my calories, but didn't "binge" (chain eat to suppress emotion / tiredness), so I'm counting all 9 as wins for me.

I too over ate yesterday, but it definitely wasn't a binge. There's definitely a difference between having a meal & wine tgt takes you over your target calories like I did yesterday & a chain eating binge. Me : 7 Binge : 3 Over eating : 1

Last week: Monday - Thursday, I won, then Friday - Sunday, the binge won. Yesterday I won again (back on track, yay) & for the first time in ages it wasn't such a struggle. So far in all; Me : 5 Binge : 3 Here's to day 9!
