Good Morning :) It's 151.0 for meeeee! I am going to put in 110% this week (Water, Eating, Logging, Exercise). I wanna be out of these 150's like NOW!!! Hope everyone has a FABULOUS week!

My stomach looks exactly the same...thanks to 4 babies :). I'll be looking at a Tummy Tuck not too far down the road...just wish they weren't so expensive. And I agree....that skin just isn't going to go away on it's own. My husband tells me that mine looks like a deflated balloon...LOL!

My goals for this round are: 1. Lose Between 10-15lbs. (this will put me at or close to goal weight!!!) 2. Continue with P90X workouts to tone up...even if it's not everyday. Maybe add in some Turbo Fire! 3. Reduce my Carb Intake 4. Get my bike out of storage and working so that I can take my kiddies riding :)

154.3 for me! Not as much as I wanted, but I slacked on the exercise and snacked big time over the weekend. Gonna hit it hard this week...gotta get back on track.

Thanks Everyone....I'll will keep "Pushing Play" on the YogaX! I'll just have to do my best and hopefully improve each time. I can't wait to see the results after 90 days...kind of weird that I am so excited about this :)

When I did it I was rarely over 300....usually around 260-280ish. What type of HRM do you have?

I am looking into that. I've been looking over the book and it seems kind of complicated at first sight...I'll have to read completely through it. Let me know how it works for you :)

I do use a HRM and continue to change my settings as my weight changes. So, I think my calories burned are fairly accurate. I am loving P90x thus far...especially the plyo and kenpo, the weight days are getting better...and YOGA is something to be reckoned with, LOL! I don't drink any soft drinks...only water and almond…

Hey, me too! I'll "officially" start on Monday. I have be doing the DVD's for about two weeks now, but not in order....just kind of seeing what each is like to get a feel for it. YAY!

Good Morning Gals! 156.5 for me....just a tiny loss. I am hoping for a bigger loss this week. I think I am going to go back to doing more cardio...that seemed to work better for me.

Your supposed to keep your feet flat on the machine....make sure you are keeping your heels down. I had the same problem and this helps.

I am just starting the classic plan. I do need to look into the nutrition plan as well...haven't started that yet. Well, I hope my progress shows as well as yours at my first 30 down. Congrats to you on a fabulous job and keep it up!!!

If you haven't done the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels...that would be where I would start. Lots of different lunges and squats...my thighs have shaped up a lot doing those workouts. I do a lot of elliptical too.

It's 156.7 for me this week. Goals: Workout 6 Days this week (At least 4 - P90x workouts) Try to eat back my exercise calories, which will take some planning so that I can get them in earlier in the day. Water, Water, Water!!! Have a good week everyone!!!

Good Morning Girls. It's 157.8 for me. Just a small loss...but I'll take it. Starting P90x today...time to kick it in the butt so that I can reach my next mini goal in time. Need to lose about 4.8lbs by May 11th. That will put me at a "HEALTHY" BMI!!! Have a great week everyone! -Cassie

I totally agree, take a week off and enjoy then get back to it. Hey, 30lbs in 3 months is something to be proud of and you deserve a little break, don't burn out and just quit. You can do it!!!
