i need to lose 20-25 and I started today I did get down to 139 in Oct. but back to 156 today. I hope to lose 1 lb a week. If I do better, yeah me!

some photos are truly dramatic differences. I think its true about what one poster said about when we're overweight our faces look generic. after we loose, our personal facial features emerge.

I weigh when I want to. Most of the time it is daily so I have an idea if things are staying under control.
