I have been wondering how many calories do you take in daily. I found that I only lose weight when I eat not more than 1200 cal, with little exercise (treadmill 20 - 30 minutes/ day, gardening, weights 20 min 2x week,). the other threads say anything less puts us in a starvation mode and slows metabolism.How can mine get…

Clean out the pantry and throw all the junk away! Take care of YOU! Buy fresh. Throw out the processed junk. Less to worry about. What fatty body part bugs you?
I have noticed that when I sit, I feel the fat rolls at my sides. My upper arms actually rest on the rolls. There's also the problem of sitting at a table and "attempting" to cross my legs. Oops. Not gonna happen.:ohwell: Arghhh. I WILL fight the rolls!
