I like to eat what I think is best for my body and maintain around 1200 to 1400 cals. Sometimes its high carb, sometimes low carb. Lots of fruits and veggies, lots of steel cut oatmeal too. Beans...yum.

i am low carbing.. lost 14 lbs, then went off for week, gained 7 lbs, big mistake, ate all sorts of junk, candied apples, an entire plum pudding, could really feel the yuck, my body was screaming, get back on low carbs! Now I am back on track, day 3, feeling good!

for some, walking maintains. for some it has to be amped up to loose. 10,000-12,000+ steps a day One woman registers 22,000+ steps 24-7., one day 29,000 steps: ... Is a dance teacher so she seriously steps. Im lucky to reach 10,000 and that means working it.

Wow, SAH and is here telling us about it. So glad you are well and alive! My friend had one while she was at work in a hospital.
