I work out twice a day too, but it is because I have 3 small children and I find it easier to do 30-40 minutes of cardio in the morning and then do 30 minutes or so of strength training later on in the day

your calorie burn for your videos would be higher. everyone is different but we are the same height and i weight 139lbs. for a 30 min JM dvd i burn 186cal. i know its 10 mins longer, but with you just starting out, i bet you would burn closer to what i am.

1200, is not under eating! choose what you eat carefully. MFP set my calorie goal at 1200.
