Awesome. Congratulations. FYI...if it was a certified course, chances are it was not long. Courses are measured on the tangents...the shortest distance you can run and still be on the course. Unless you're the leader, you're probably not running the tangents...hence the longer distance.

Wow. Great job. Congrats.

I like mine as well. The size, for me, was a deliberate choice. I can see the readout without my glasses. LOL.

Doesn't happen often...but occasionally (especially on weekends, go figure) someone will use the treadmill next to me and they still reek of alcohol from (presumably) the night before. You could bottle and sell that sweat. Makes me nauseous.

Treadmill 7 miles at 8:00/mile. 56:05 total.

Own it, log it, and move on. Looks like you're well on your way.

Impressive. Congratulations.

Arctic Zero. 144 calories per pint. Coconut is awesome. Let it soften a bit before you eat it.

This...typically at work: "Are you supposed to eat that on your diet?" My response: "I'm not on a diet." Next day: "Are you supposed to eat that on your diet?" My response: "I'm not on a diet." Repeat. They just don't get it...or don't try. (facepalm)

Same here. always cold since losing weight. Had bloodwork done this year and brought it up to my PCP, she ran the panel and checked. No issues, except I lost 63 lbs. Oh well...had to upgrade the wardrobe anyway. If that's the worst thing to come out of this (and it is so far) I'll take it.

In 2014, I PR'd at 5K, 10K, and the half-marathon. Last night I registered for the Maine Marathon on 10/4/2015. Go me.

Your Garmin should give you a calorie burn...if you set up your profile. I would plug that in...I round the pace to the nearest 15 seconds...8:15/mile, 8:30/mile, etc. Been doing it for most of two years. Seems to work.

No marathons yet, but have used FiveFingers for 4.5 years now. Several 5-10K's, two half marathons. If that helps.

I think physical therapy is a good idea. Also, any chance you have a leg length discrepancy? I have head of that causing hip pain.
