Yeah. Today was a small apple and about 1/4 cup restaurant mashed potatoes, plus some sauteed Spinach. Tomorrow I have an added kiwi fruit to a couple oz of raspberries, plus the red peppers and mushrooms I was already putting in my eggs and the frozen fire-roasted) pepper and onion mix in my dinner (sweet and spicy pork…

My appt went great. I was 164.2lbs this morning, I've held onto my muscle mass well, body fat is supposedly 25%. I got the green light to up my calories and carbs a bit, so I changed my settings. I just ate an entire (small) Rave Apple. I ate half plain, then added cinnamon to the rest. My first apple in a year! I also…

This morning's weigh in was a new low. 167lbs. Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce that, since I am 5'9" tall, that is officially "normal weight", per BMI, which is 24.7. I have my 1 year appt tomorrow, wooohoo. I still want to lose another 15-20lbs, to get into the mid-range (about 22) of BMI, but I am so proud…

Scramble with ham, mushrooms, peppers and spring onions, low-fat cheese, 1 egg and 2 whites.
-
Right, but I wanted flavor or I'd have just had my Fage 2% plain, lol
-
I'm glad it was good!
-
I'd do either hummus or tzatziki. Something to pull everything together and add some fat. And maybe some feta cheese, if I had any.
-
Chobani Zero sugar lemon meringue yogurt. Almost flavorless. Not worth the 20 calories I saved vs dannon light n fit or Too Good.

I was gifted my hockey playing daughter's hoodie. Women's large, fits easily, not even tight! And it worked magic. They tied (lost in the shootout but for league purposes, it's a tie, the shootout thing is just for post-season tie breakers) yesterday and won today!

Cheesy eggs/whites with ham chunks and scallions. Dinner is pork ramen: I bought some pork (and chicken and beef) ramen seasoning, so mushrooms, leftover pork Tenderloin, bean sprouts and egg white noodles and scallions in the broth.

Crustless pumpkin pie with reddi whip and an Americano I made at home with 4 shots espresso, sugar-free brown sugar and cinnamon syrup and fairlife 2% milk.

Your body is likely just adjusting. Probably at least half the weight you lost the first two weeks was water from the low-carb. So long as you're sticking to your deficit, you just need to give it time and be patient. You've lost 8lbs in 4 weeks, that's 2lbs/week.

I'm a personality alright! lol

Yooly, you're just globetrotter! The only place I am off to is work. Well, I am going to buffalo this weekend to watch my daughter play hockey,.

My favorite quick and easy meal is throwing some sliced mushrooms into a small pot to sweat with garlic and ginger (I use jarlic), then add 3oz of chopped up precooked chicken, 1.5tsp chicken bouillon (powder or goop), 1.5-2 cups of water and then when I plunk it in a bowl, add egg white noodles, soy sauce and sliced green…

Ours is a weekend of hockey: Oilers game (which we physically attended) in Nashville Thursday: 5-1 victory Daughter's D3 College game yesterday: 5-1 victory (and she scored a sprawling, belly-down goal while being tripped) Daughter's D3 college game today at 1 Capitals game this afternoon…

Yooly I made mine with 1 can pumpkin puree, 8oz of a high protein vanilla shake, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1tsp maple extract, 1tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 3/4tsp liquid splenda. I baked them as individual portion in silicon muffin cups. It made 12 exactly and they're delicious. Texture is good, not…

1 egg, 3 egg whites, 2oz diced ham, 1/2 oz shredded cheddar, some green onions, all scrambled together. My new pans did not require even non-stick spray. A little later for desert I ate two little individual pumpkin pie things (filling, no crust) that I made, with a dab of reddi whip on top of each. Gave very much a pie…

Less smacking with fists these days, but yeah, lots of missing teeth. Sticks come up, and pucks, sometimes elbows or fists. But mostly it's very fast, very skilled, very physical sport.

The basics are easy yooly. 5 players and a goalie on the ice for each team. They try to score against the opposition teams goalie. There are offenses (penalties) that lead to one team or another having a man-advantage (power-play), which can make it easier to score. There is also an offsides rule, to prevent cherry…
