Well, we also have 4 flavors of Terry's oranges in the house and I am having the odd piece here and there. Plus I had a small skinny caramel macchiatto today, some grapes and raspberries, a couple nuts, a cheese snack, a yogurt and a 42g protein chocolate milk this morning.

Tonight: Grilled center-cut pork chops, green salad (with Dill Pickle ranch dressing for me) and roasted baby red and yellow potatoes. Tomorrow: Flank steak, also grilled, sauteed mushrooms and onions, steamed green beans and the same type of potatoes.

Thanks! I actually have decent shoulders and my arms would be great minus all the extra skin.

19k steps around Dollywood, including plenty of stairs up to Rollercoasters.

Honestly, starting to feel a little bony in my upper ribs, I am carrying a good bit of extra/loose skin in my lower belly, upper arms, and front of my thighs. My 30 waist Levi's jeans (stiff, no give) and my size 8 ON jeans (softer, little stretch) are both easy fits. I bought ladies medium half-zip sweatshirts and they're…

159.4 I honestly don't know when I was last I the 150s. Early junior high maybe? It feels weird.

I made lasagna today. One big more traditional (for my family) pan, then a second pan for my gluten free kiddo and I where the noodles were subbed out for very thin slices of zucchini. I also added mushrooms to the veggie noodle pan.

Exactky right, @Yoolypr. So gross. I just spent most of the third day in a row doing deep cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms (2 plus a half bath), baseboards, walls, etc ahead of having all my out if home kids and my parents here. There will be 8 people in the house, easier if it's clean first, heh.

Banana cream pie is a hard no. Threw it away after a bite. It tasted like the circus peanuts candy. So gross. Ate a key lime pie instead.
-
I just got up. It will be a peach ring protein drink while I workout. Afterwards, cheesy scrambled ham and eggs.

I was supposed to work tonight, so food was basic/planned. I ended up getting g called out but stuck to my planned foods. Small decaf coffee with whole milk in am (at work, before sleep) My "pre-work" food: Pumpkin pie yogurt Fairlife core Power elite chocolate shake (42g protein) with equal amounts iced coffee and…

Updated Dannon light + fit yogurt rankings, with commentary, since I tried the pumpkin pie flavor: 1. Caramel apple pie (it's the best, good brown sugar caramel flavor with little chunks of well-seasoned cooked apple pieces) 2. Key lime pie (love it, good but not overpowering key lime tartness/sweetness that plays well…

@drmwc maybe an ignorant question, but I've been wondering what the terms v3, v4, v5 mean. I could Google, but that doesn't lead to discourse, lol. I figure something difficulty related?

It's not just steps. It takes the calorie burned data from your wearable fitness device, which is based on more than just steps. HR and some other things all figure into the algorithm.

I haven't thought of Harvey's in ages! It's a fast food burger place Yooly, and st least when I was a kid it was great. Fresher and tastier.

Updated Dannon light + fit yogurt rankings: 1. Caramel apple pie (it's easily the best) 2. Key lime pie (love it, but it gets edged out) 3. Toasted marshmallow 4. Strawberry cheesecake 5. Boston cream pie 6. Tiramisu (has been relegated to definitely don't buy) 3-4-5 are all pretty even, the drop off to Tiramisu is large,…

Yum, fruit loops. I wish. I still have to be super intentional with my food choices, with my protein requirements and calories available, as I want to lose a final 9-14lbs. I did sneak in 2 little Andes chocolates, because someone put out bowls of candy at work, for the holidays. Thankfully, most of it is Hershey's kisses…

My favorite bang for my buck (calorie wise, not actual money, oof) is 1UP Nutrition Lemon Italian Ice clear whey. 20g protein/80 calories. Also mixes easily with water and tastes delicious.

Hot coffee with half a chocolate protein shake (fairlife ftw) and sugar-free hazelnut syrup. Like a hazelnut mocha.

A thing I did this morning:

I was going to go do leg day but then I got distracted with a task that, while it needed doing, was not urgent, which ballooned into cleaning out my whole closet and an old armoire that we replaced with a dresser and wall mounted TV 6(!) years ago, but which has remained. I discarded ruthlessly, and made a large haul to…

Okay, so the rankings now go: 1. Caramel apple pie (so freaking good) 2. Key lime pie (also very good) 3. Boston cream pie (tasty!) 4. Tiramisu (acceptable, probably won't buy again)

@ninerbuff I am a RN. I do trust the science, which is why I took the drastic step of surgery after what feels like a lifetime of trying to lose. You can't deny that many people tend to view obesity through a morally judgemental lens though.

I am going to rank Dannon light + fit yogurt flavors I have this far eaten: 1. Caramel apple pie (so freaking good) 2. Key lime pie (also very good 3. Tiramisu (acceptable, probably won't buy again) Flavors I have and will rank once I have tried: Strawberry cheesecake Toasted marshmallow Boston cream pie Flavors I want to…

My first post here. As @ninerbuff says, I love myself unconditionally. Now, as some of you know, I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy ie WLS. One of my pet peeves is seeing someone I haven't in awhile, as I look radically different, and having them comment "Oh, you must feel so much better!" For awhile I would just sort…

I work night shift. 3 days a week, 1/2 to 3/4 of my intake is after 6pm. Timing, as others have said, is really irrelevant.

I am 175cm. 175g of protein is way more than I need.
