I pulled an old men's/unisex xl t-shirt out of a drawer this morning and it fit easily. I couldn't wear it, cause it was musty from being in a drawer for like 8 years, but it gave me another t-shirt to wear to support my hockey team during the playoffs (Go Oilers!)

I've been eating some fruit, berries mostly. And I do have some veg. Tonight it's the mushrooms. The issue is volume. I can only fit so much in my stomach at a time, so I have to prioritize protein. I am the opposite of Pav. Low volume eater lol. I do take a bariatric multi and calcium everyday, plus 2 fish oil caplets.

Absolutely 100% a bad idea. The protein powder, though well mixed in, appears to have curdled and rendered the sauce clumpy and gritty. So gross. So ham it is for dinner, lol

Dinner tonight: pan fried ham steak and boxed scalloped potatoes. I am making them with fairlife milk and added 35g of unflavored protein to the liquid, we will see how it turns out.

It is. It's 90g of protein and about 600 calories. Plus 64+ oz water. Not unusual with bariatric surgery.

Today's food: Orange protein drink while at gym. 97% Fat Free hot dogs (won't be repeating these, texture was odd and flavor not great) and an ounce of reduced-fat sharp Cheddar. Strawberries with an ounce half and half. Two Good black cherry yogurt. Fairlife chocolate protein milk.

I buy those too, lol. I call them "tubs" of yogurt, vs the individually snack-size "cups". The Two good yogurts are my favorite to pack to work. I have Meyer lemon, black cherry and mixed berry for work this week.

I personally found the Kirkland 0% Greek Yogurt very very sour. Oikos and liberte are alright, but for plain my favorite is Fage 2%.
