Today I did vanilla Greek yogurt with a nectarine diced up, tossed with some pumpkin spice and air fried. It was... Not as good as I hoped, lol. Now I'm eating a scramble with frozen diced hashbrowns, ham, lite cheddar, scallions and 3 egg whites.

Fortunately it's my left foot, so at least it doesn't impact driving. My foot feels fine, the symptoms have resolved but I am being a good girl and still wearing the boot, though there are some times in house I'm not, if I am just meandering from the sofa to the kitchen, or from the sofa to bed.

Except it's not hot. I only like the beach when it's hot. I lasted about 2 hours of overcast, barely warm but breezy with occasional drizzling on me before I gave up. Grumble. Tomorrow better be amazing weather.

Got off work at 8:15am, by 9:45am we were on the road to the beach (gulf of Mexico) and at 4:15pm we were on the beach, having acquired groceries. Now at nearly 7pm we're waiting to eat at an on-beach seafood restaurant.
