  • I'm sure it has something to do with hormones. I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago, so no fear of pregnancy, lol. Pav, it's definitely not deliberate. I love eggs, and they're a quick and easy way to meet my needs. I'll be sad if this persists. I'm going to try them different ways.

  • Slept til 12:30. Spent 1:15 at the gym on the weights and 45 min on the treadmill at home (yeah, we bought a treadmill). Having a meal (lemon yogurt and raspberries) before a shower. I have work at 7:30.

  • I went to the gym. I did 4 upper body machines, 3 legs, 2 abs and the walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
