It was so good. Brining pork and chicken (breasts in particular) makes it so flavorful and moist.

Went to see Dogma tonight in theaters (25th anniversary showing) and I had forgotten how incredibly amazing that movie was. I mean, I knew it was great, which is why I invited the husband to go see it with me, but I laughed so hard and just enjoyed it so much.

I had deconstructed chicken taco for lunch, exact same, just swapped the meat. We went out for supper and I wasn't super hungry so I had a cup of Brunswick stew and like 2 bites of the cornbread that came with it (it was not very good)

That's how I measure anything that can be scooped or scraped up with a knife. Cottage cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, butter, jam, sour cream, protein powder, mayo, homemade soups/stews/casseroles, etc

I prefer a Mr. Big to an O'Henry, but one part at least that is easier here in the US than Canada is that the quick grab chocolate/candy bars at checkouts is so inferior to Canadian options that it's easier to turn down. No Coffee Crisp, no Aero, no Skor, no Mr. Big, no Caramilk or Dairymilk with the almonds in it.

Pav, when the kids were younger and I was low carbing it (my last major weight loss, 2014-15ish) I used to make a chicken cordon blue cauliflower rice casserole. Everyone loved it but I cannot for the life of me find the recipe. It had cauliflower rice, ham, chicken, Swiss cheese (made into a sauce with dijon mustard) etc

I took a risk on price slashed SF sour cola gummies online, because those are some of my favorite candies. It breaks down to $0.866/pack, which is not bad at all for a little treat, and they have 12g of fiber per pack. The risk paid off, they are delicious.

I don't actually feel normal, been sleeping well above usual, once of the reasons I am seeing my provider next month. I don't mind sleeping, but I hate not being good to wake cleanly when I want to. I suspect I need a dosage increase.
