I have tried very hard to cut cheese out of my diet...only once in a great while should you indulge! I would have to say veggies like peppers and onions and basmati and jasmine rice are in my diet alot. Sigh ok and chocolate. I know.

I weigh 340lbs and when I log it as circuit training I get a little over 600 calories burned. So yes, if you weigh more, you definitely burn more calories.

I am just starting and I currently weight 350lbs. I am 5' 10" and I am aiming for about 180. According to different sites I've been to it says that I need to be at 160 to not be considered overweight. I feel that if I can get to 180 then I'll be doing great...that's 170lbs from now!!! Good Luck

Lentils and quinoa are both really good vegetarian options. Baked fish, especially salmon is also awesome for you and full of omega vitamins.
