I had a nasty diet coke habit. Just because it has no calories, doesn't mean it won't make you retain or even GAIN weight. Google how diet coke effects your body. It's horrible for you. Once I cut out any sort of soda, I lost 5 lbs in a week after being on a plateau for a long time. It's not easy, but you can do it!

On how to log it, you can add it to your FOOD diary. Just search for breastfeeding, there are different options. I have a 10 month old son who still breastfeeds 3-4 times a day. I add an extra 300 calories PER DAY, not per feeding. I have successfully lost 31 pounds and had no issues with my supply.

Don't give up! As long as you do your best, that's what counts! It gets much easier as the day goes by. I started off feeling just like you did and now I make it through level 2...not to say I don't sweat my butt off though!

Don't get discouraged, it's happened to me several times. All you can do is just pick yourself back up and move on to the next day. Your weight will fluctuate up and down a little bit quite often and that's okay.
