Track your food and weigh everything. Be conscious that healthy food will keep you full longer and less likely to binge eat. My digital kitchen scale is the best tool I have and it has helped me tremendously! Also, it you have a bad day and go over your cals forgive yourself and move on. Get right back to it and remember…

2 turkey sausage links and an English muffin or toast OR Half an onion bagel with 1 tbsp cream cheese OR 1 egg (from our flock) and toast with 1 tsp butter PLUS - Black coffee! It's all about the coffee! I am looking to add to the variety, these are just so easy.

We do a lot of chicken and fish because we are going low carb. Our faves include chicken fajitas, grilled pork chops Athenian style, skeak and shrimp shish-ka-bob, and lemon-pepper tilapia friends in a bit of olive oil.

I have a cheat day once a week where I eat moderate amounts of whatever I want with no regard for calories or macros. The key is moderate. It's worked great for me so far.

I really shouldn't be typing this in at work! (But I was curious as to whether anyone would pick up on it.).

No, no, no. What you want is a moderate deceit and an exorcism. That's the only way it will work.

My first husband was like that. When my oldest was 16 he asked 'why are you with him?' His step dad is someone he can look up to.
