WooHoo! 110 squats done! As for the chicken, we are de-boning a whole chicken tonight and making fajitas for dinner. A little Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it totally rocks!

It's not possible to gain fat that fast. You probably overdid the salt and didn't drink enough water to flush it out. It's likely just water weight. Check yourself next week and don't panic.

Fast food is not neccesarily bad for you. I have Taco Bell for lunch once a week. A crunchy fresco taco has 140 cals. And plenty of non-fast foods can pack on the pounds it you over do it. Set reasonable goals, weigh everything before you eat it, and move more. It doesn't have to cause you stress.

A whole Tic Tac? How am I supposed to do that?!? I'm on a 12 calorie a day diet and I can't even eat all of that!

Yikes! How am I going to eat back all of those exercise calories? This is a nightmare.

It you want to lose weight, it doesn't matter what you eat, just stay at or below your goal. It you want to be healthy, make sure you hit your macros, eat all of your cals and most/all of your exercise cals.
