I went from 242 lbs to 238 and I recalculated. It went from 1680 to 1650 currently. I recalculate every time I lose any weight, for no reason in particular. It won't hurt, you can also edit your calorie intake to whatever you want.0

You can recalculate for every pound lost if you choose. The calculation will factor in weight, height, age and activity level so for every pound you lose you will also lose calories.0
