You can addrecipeson the computer if you go to the tab for food, click on the recipe importer. Basically, you can just cut and paste the recipe link and it will calculate the cals. Plus it will be available on your mobile app as well. Hope it helps! @kilinnnda

When I know I have eaten over my calorie intake...I don't even bother to log what I really ate to the app:(...But I do try and "start over" the next day.

Thanks everyone for your input. I was blessed with an elliptical for Christmas so I have been moving with that for about 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I was just trying to incorporate some strength training but I will try ALL the suggested movements. Thanks again. You all are great!

@ceoverturf thanks..lol @SuggaD, that's really the only difference I have been doing doing elliptical for a 30 min 4-5 days a week. I am going to try and be just a tad bit more patient.

I tried weight watchers for a few months and then discovered MFP. I can now actually feel my weightloss..I started and stopped but now I am 100% focused and I am very proud I lost more weight in a month doing it with this app then with WW. Thanks everyone for your advice. @ginsmar, I received a machine for Christmas that is an ellipitical and a recumbent. The calorie count is much lower. Just started using it this week so I don't want to over do by trying to up the resistance without the feeling of passing out. Heart Monitor Watch sounds like my next…

One thing I am proud to say I have given up is Pepsi. I've only had maybe one this month. I used to drink at LEAST 2 20oz. per day. Since I have been serious about really trying to lose weight, I noticed I am not as tired.
