  • I think you are off to a great start! Even on the days you don't go to the gym to workout, you can still get in some light exercise by going for a walk with your kids or something like that. Just keep doing what you can and working hard!

  • I have had 3 c-sections and yes, it does go down as you lose fat and strengthen your core. Pilates has worked well for me in the past. I'm still working on my current pooch from my last pregnancy and c-section! Keep up the good work!
