I usually swim everyday and have found that it burns more calories than using the treadmill or the bike

I think the first thing that you need to figure out is if you want to do it? If so, then instead of telling yourself you can't, tell yourself you WANT to. The first step to change is believing in yourself. I understand about being scared. I broke my foot 3 times.....in 2 years, it was not good. I have horrible balance now…

Eggs and peanut butter are both packed with protien. If you get the Healthy Life bread for 35 calories a slice then the PB wouldn't be so high in calories or dip sliced up apples in it.

Salt makes you retain water and then you'll see the numbers go up instead of down. I personally love salt so I have cut back but I won't give it up, I compensate by drinking more water.....mind you I am in the bathroom like 20+ times a day though lol

This! I don't always have the greatest of weekends but I always log it, it helps me make better choices the next weekend :)

I usually log as I go but occasionally will pre-log to keep me in line if i'm going to a bbq or such. That way I know if I have any extra calories to "play" with

This challenge has been great so far! I leave for vacation on July 4th and I am so excited to see how much more I can lose before I get on the plane :) I have not bought a measuring tape yet but I am definitely losing inches, I feel it in my clothes! When I have tuna I use a half of an avocado in place of mayo, tastes quite yummy

Lots of fish, Talipia and whiting fish are both really cheap and low in calories. We have both of them a lot in my house.

Do you have a size in mind that you want to be? That would work to, that's what i'm doing actually. My goal is a jeans size not a number on the scale.

Try fruit, like an apple or an orange, the natural sugar should help and also a big glass of ice water, its refreshing and should help revive you
