  • I was reading other posts in the forum and two others had said almost the same thing about the lady needing to "eat her exercise calories" I didn't understand what they meant by that.

  • Totally a personal choice. But agreeing with the average here, and going with once a week. I think that if I look at it more often than that I'll get discouraged. Every sunday morning, so I can plan out my week.

And I sort of made it sound like I didn't want baby number 4.. Well I didn't at that particular time. We planned for her she just came a few months earlier than "scheduled' so to speak! LOL…
