Look for yogurt with active cultures in it. It eats up a lot of the sugar, so the amount of carbs you are nowhere near what you're seeing on the label. I still get to enjoy my key lime Greek yogurt

Dr. Prescribed me to Topamax today (25 mg) for weight loss. I also take 37.5 mg of Phentermine daily. Every post on here seems so negative and I'm getting really scared about taking these. I'm going to take my first one tomorrow night (as per my doctors suggestion.) Is there any merit in these pills? Should I be weary.

Some people do tablespoons of olive oil to up their calories. I think it sounds nasty. I do olives and cheese with almonds and pepperoni's. I don't worry about calories so much anymore, I just try and make sure my carb intake is under 20g a day. The rest will fall into place. I hope keto can help you. Seizures are scary.

I get a small container of olives, feta and mushrooms from the olive bar at Kroger's. It's yummy and feels really decadent.

She looks amazing. I'm happy to find her on youtube. It's been hard to find good informational videos on keto on youtube. She's very well informed and her body is ripped. I wouldn't want to get in a fight with her!

I don't know my levels. I should probably go to the doc and get a full health panel done. But what should daily intake be? Is 300 too high? I'm finding it hard with the increased fat intake on keto to keep my levels under 300 a day.

I started keto again on Tuesday and tested on Friday to find my stick was dark purple. The frst time I did it, t took me about a week. They say if you've done it before, your body will go into ketosis quicker.
