I love my fitbit charge HR! It's syncs very well with MFP and the Heart monitor lets me know exactly how many calories I'm burning in my workout. A lot of my friends have if so we do a lot of competitions to see who can get the most steps!

I have fitbit charge HR! Can't live without it! I do HIT twice a week and it seem accurate. I don't want a fitness tracker that I have to put a chest strap on to read my HR. Sometime I like to randomly run in place and I see to see my HR. ( weird I know lol)

When I cook my cabbage it shrinks and I don't have the same amount after I cook it. (Of course) So when I weigh it and divide up the servings for example 28oz raw 7 servings each servings 4oz. Now when I cook it there is no way I'm getting 7 serving bc the cabbage now weighs 18.5oz cooked. So my question is should i divide…

I wear brooks and I love them. Once you start wearing good quality running shoes you would never go back to just Clarence Nikes lol. When I buy Brooks I try to keep catch them on sale! Try Amazon I have bought some for $60!
