  • Finally starting week 7 (Phase 2-week3). I'm just taking my time doing about 4 days on, 1 off. I think this week I'm actually starting to see a little weight loss for the first time since doing this program but as I posted before I've definitely toned up. I will keep you guys posted. I hope everyone is doing good :smile:

  • I agree, I've been unable to commit to that, especially when you are giving so much in phase 2. My solution has also been doing 3 days on 1 off, 3 on one off on a regular basis, if I need/want an extra day off, I've been taking it and just picking up where I left off.   • OMG...Sorry to hear about all of that, that's terrible! I'm glad you are okay. Maybe let your body recuperate for a week or so.   • Yes.. I hear ya. I thought I would post them as I go but than the time came and I realized that I want to wait until the end when I have drastic results to compare too. If I'm still not looking how I want at the end of the program than I'll take some at the end of the year maybe.
  • Yea...Well, you could always go all the way through than start again at phase 2. I think that's what she suggests after we finish which I'm seriously considering unless I find another cool program I'd like to try instead. We will see.... 1 step at a time for now :tongue:

  • Ohhhhhh.... That makes complete sense. I'm glad you noticed that! I'm not to worried about that though because I just do the going down and coming back up since I workout in a small area in the gym. I hope that isn't sacrificing the work out at all.

  • I just wanted to let you know... I'm in week 1 of phase 2 and am just now getting around to measuring myself. I did lose several inches!! At least 6 all together throughout the body :smile: I also just toned up and have more definition... However I did not lose any weight at all! Just a heads up. Anyway... I hope everyone…

  • Hey there.... Congrats on your weight/fat loss, it sounds like you are doing great! :wink: The cardio is rough, it's the elliptical too which is a little harder than your regular cardio from what I hear, but I think we will see some major results in this phase! :tongue:

  • I didn't understand that either... I've just been doing the same ones I've been doing which isn't really walking at all....It's just going down and coming back up 8x3 per leg. (85%)
